I offer a 14 day, full money back guaranteed for most items.  For orders that have custom sizing or details, such as rings, name jewelry, bracelets or requests for custom chain length for necklaces, there are no returns because of the labor that is involved in sizing. Tennis jewelry is considered custom orders but we offer returns with 10% restock fee because there is a lot of labor involved in the creation of tennis bracelets and necklaces. If you want to exchange for a different size, I can do that and depending on the item, there most likely will be a labor cost.  

Items that are shipped, will require signature and include tracking number.  All orders will be shipped USPS and received within 5-7 days.  If expedited shipping is desired, please specify with order(s).
