I offer a 14 day, full money back guaranteed for most items.  For orders that have custom sizing or details, such as rings, name jewelry, bracelets or requests for custom chain length for necklaces; there are no returns because of the labor that is involved in sizing and design. Tennis jewelry is considered custom orders, but I offer returns with 10% restock fee becauseof labor costs. If you want to exchange for a different size, I can do that, and depending on the item, there most likely will be a labor cost.  

Items that are shipped, will require signature and include tracking number.  All orders will be shipped USPS and received within 5-7 days.  If expedited shipping is desired, please specify with order(s).
