Tennis jewelry is considered custom orders but we offer returns with 10% restock fee because there is a lot of labor involved in the creation of tennis bracelets and necklaces. If you want to exchange for a different size, I can do that and depending on the item, there most likely will be a labor cost.  

Items that are shipped, will require signature and include tracking number.  All orders will be shipped USPS and received within 5-7 days.  If expedited shipping is desired, please specify with order(s).
