I offer a 14 day, full money back guaranteed for most items.  For orders that have custom sizing or details, such as: rings, name jewelry, bracelets or requests for custom chain length for necklaces; there are no returns because of the labor that is involved with these orders. Tennis jewelry is considered custom orders (if custom sized), but I offer returns with 10% restock fee because of labor costs. If you want to exchange for a different size of item, that most likely can happen and difference of labor costs will be adjusted.

Items that are shipped, will require signature and include tracking number.  All orders will be shipped USPS and received within 5-7 days.  If expedited shipping is desired, please specify with order(s).
