For orders that have custom sizing or details, such as rings, name jewelry, bracelets or requests for custom chain length for necklaces; there are no returns because of the labor that is involved in sizing. Tennis jewelry is considered custom orders, but I offer returns with a 10% restock fee because of labor costs. If you want to exchange for a different size, I can do that and depending on the item, there most likely will be a labor cost.
